Under the United States Uniform Code of Military Justice, he has been found guilty of a Hanging offense (it could also go by way of firing squad, but much too quick). Nothing says he must drop from the gallows nor where noose placement on neck should be, so, why not simply have zero slack in the line or raise him up with the noose towards the front of his jaw and let him dance for an hour or two? Facial expressions should be interesting and he must understand though a slow death, it is in fact, a long road to heaven.
On the flip side of the argument, keep him alive and risk he doesn’t poison other inmates with his particular brand of poison; No, 72 virgins, only 72 shower buddies, for life (“Pick up the soap”).
Slowly hang him, I say. Maybe not even a noose, but an actual fitted loop so that it will not tighten further, and let him dance for hours until his body weight severs his vertebrae. I would also like to attend and enjoy refreshment and a bite to eat while watching.

I must admit I’d like to see the Bastard suffer. Not very Christian, I know, but Oh how the families of his VICTIMS have suffered. I am not a good Christian (I’d like to be better) But I will always try to tell the TRUTH on The Dog.
